I was looking into sam-e and wondering if anyone has taken it for low moods or depression? If you have what are you thaughts and feelings on it, is it worth a try?

I on Paxil 5 mg for panic and it works great for that, but makes me depressed :eek: If this is a natural occuring substance in our bodies why would you not take it with other meds?
