Can someone help with this? Four days ago I started having pain halfway down my back. The pain goes across my back from one side to the other. My two year old granddaughter was here for the weekend and I pick her up alot, but never pain in that area before, plus it started four days after she went home. It is in the area where the back of the bra is. I take an Advil and it helps some, but several hours later it is back. Does anyone else have anything like this?
Thanks for yoru help.

Probably should have a doctor check you out, but one thing you should do is continue taking the advil or ibuprofen regularly ie, every 6 or 8 hours whatever it tell s you to do and get that built up in your sysstem. If you have pulled muscles, then it might take a while to heal and you will be sore for a while.
Good Luck

Sorry to hear of your pain. I agree with the ice and advil. Maybe even a little time on the heating pad. It sounds like a muscle pull or muscle spasm. Does it hurt when you touch it?
Good Luck

Thanks everyone for your replies. Doctor said it is chronic back pain. It feels better when I am up and active, but hurts a lot after I go to bed.
