I have been using a cycling machine for quite a while now ( about 4 months)
But have noticed that I have a pain in my inner thigh/groin. Even though I noticed this I stupidly continued to cycle without streching or warming up.
I finally had enough and decided to see what would happen if I stopped for a while though I have been walking around. It has been a week of not cycling but I can still feel the pain can anyone tell me what it is.
The pain doesnt occur that much it goes on and off. Going off more than on.
Thank you for reading.

It could just be that you've been training muscles/tendons in a way that makes them develop slightly differently to the normal structural kind of use for everyday movements.
Try doing proper warmup and thorough stretches for the hips and nearby muscles.
Equally, doing common, functional resistance exercises might reset the balance/equilibrium (like squats, lunges).

Also, make sure the seat adjustment is right. Being to high or to low can cause problems. Adjust it so there is a slight bend with your knees on the downstroke
