hey I was wondering can crestor cause you to have chest pains and shortness of breath? I also have pain in my low back where my kidneys are. I have only been on crestor since july 8 could this bee side effects or something else?

I hope by now you are off Crestor!! It is the worst and most dangerous statin on the market. Kidney damage is one of many side effects. The Public Citizen group are filing a suit complaining that Crestor doesn't file it's reports regularily showing the amount of patients have suffered because of their dosage of Crestor. It should never have been allowed on the market. If you are still on it, please have your doctor switch your statin. None of them are very good for our system, but Crestor is the absolute worst.
