I've been having this constant outbreak for the last few months and on Friday I had sex. We used a condom, but we had some genital contact. I'd feel so horrible if I gave it to him. He is such a nice guy and he doesn't deserve it.

So what are the stats on having sex during an ob without a condom? I mean that is the number one way to spread it, but does anyone have the exact risk in percentages? Also what about risk of transmission with a condom during an outbreak?

By the way, my outbreak hasn't been severe, it's just itchy and red with a couple unnoticeable bumps. Also there was no rubbing of skin to skin, just touching. Does this make things any less likely to be transmitted?

I totally messed up and feel so bad. I just pray he doesn't get it and I'll just never do something like this again. :(
