I eat pretty well. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables. But I tend to snack throughout the day but i pretty much burn everything i eat.

That's probably it. Maybe you're only just burning the snacks off. Try lowering the junk food, so you will burn the stored fat.

What foods can make you full for a long time. Becuase when i work out that much I become really hungry throughout the day and ravenous at meal times.

To lose the fat, you need to eat less than you burn, but you need to eat at at least you basal metabolic rate, with is probably pretty high for you if you are that active. If you are eating under that, you will be putting your body into fat storing mode. Make sure you are properly hydrated before, during and after your exercise, too, because sometimes thirst is disguised as hunger. You may be overdoing it a little too. Give yourself a break every now and then.

Also, pay attention to your body type. Genetics tells us where to store fat. If you are at a proper body fat percent overall, your body may not want to remove anymore fat even though you want to.

Good Luck!

Also, Pilates is for strength and posture, it won't get rid of the fat and we cannot "spot reduce" the weight.
