I heard that Primal Defense is wonderful & along with many other things, it really helps IBS. Has anyone ever taken Primal Defense before??

I have taken it as a probiotic supplement but it seems to cause me constipation. It is suppose to be good according to the makers but I have had more success with PB-8 and L.Reuteri and Pearls an acidophilus pill put out by Enzymatic Therapy.

I think they are all suppose to help recolonize your intestines with the good friendly bacteria.
