recently i had an escort lick my penis she only licked for a second, but since then I have had a silght burning sensation with NO discharge. Could this be be a STD? Or could it be from some other penis injury such as rough sex. It is been 2 days since this happened and I am really worried for several reason. Input would be appreciated. I'm very scared 4 days later. Still a slight burning and today I feel flu like symptoms fevirish.

that is all she did. But i feel like she did more. I think some of my feelings are from guilt, but I feel like **** in more ways then one.

What do you mean by you feel she did more? Don't you know what she did or were you drunk or something? It sounds odd that you would be with an escort and all that happened was she took a lick of your equipment? What did you two do the rest of the time? Doesn't make sense.
