I am trying to go the natural route , SAMe and Omega 3 , for my depression. Right now it is not bad at all , compared to the other black holes I have been in.
But ,,,,,,if the natural route doesnt work,,,,,I still have quite a few samples of Zoloft I havent taken yet.
Right now , I am not feeling motivated to do anything,,,,, I am tired, almost exhausted feeling, sleep is not sound, I want to eat more and more,,,,,I guess I am feeling an atypical depression. I feel more anxious than usual but really did not think that I was depressed because I am not feeling sad as I usually do. I have read that you can still be in a depression that manifests itself more in physical symptoms than feelings of despair ,,,,,which is usually what happens.
I would appreciate any comments about Zoloft you may have.

How long have you been taking omega 3? I have done some small research on the internet about the oil and it seems promising. How do you feel it is working for you? I was considering buying omega 3 capsules.
As far as zoloft, I have read that all SSRI'S have weight gain as a possible side effect. Your best bet is to do some research on the internet about the possible side effects. Put into the search engine: "zoloft and weight gain" and see what comes up.
