Hi everyone, I am looking to gain some muscle and I have noticed some stretchmarks appearing on my shoulders and back. Is there anyway to minimize this or prevent this from getting worse?

The most important thing you can do is drink tons of water to help your skin's elasticity. You might also try putting some moisturizer on trouble spots as well. There is really not too much else you can do other than not bulking up too quickly. Hope this helps....

zinc (and zinc products) are known to alleviate stretch marks.

During and after pregnancy zinc based creams are proscribed.

Nutrients that are essential for skin rebuilding should also be at optimum levels (B complex, vitamin E etc). It is the largest organ in the body and also the one that's regenerated (new cells needed) more quickly than others.

Check the web using suitable keywords (good search engine) for sound sounding treatments.
