Saint_Jo 08-17-2004, 12:18 PM I do quite a lot of walking and i was wondering if this will help tone and strengthen my abs. Thanks  Sponsor CannyX482 08-21-2004, 08:36 PM have you tried doing crunches? I'm using the ab revolutionary, I don't know about the results because I just started using it, but I'm basically doing crunches. I know abs are the hardest part of your body to work out, so I'm not sure whether "walking" alone can give you a flatter stomach. Hope this helps! :) alwaysgod2 08-22-2004, 02:44 PM walking will burn the fat off so you can get the abs. But u also have to work them out. Everyone can has asix pack but its covered in fat. You can do ab workouts overand over and it wont show because you still got fat on it. I run and when i first strated i did notice my abs showing. So walking might do the same thing i guess... |
