I doubt that it's H. Blood in your stool is a sign of something else. You might have intestinal problems.

Of course, as you probably expected this, you should see a doctor, especially if you frequently have blood in your stool.

If your stool comes out with a sort of straight line of blood on it, i.e., streaking; and the blood on the tissue is bright red; it's most probably an anal fissure. If the blood is dark, it is very important to inform your doctor as the darker the blood is, the higher up the problem in the digestive track. Nevertheless, even if it's light, you should get it checked up anyway.
