If you aren't having any luck finding a good clinic I suggest you call your local hospitals, they often have refferrals for doctors and clinics and at least start with some names. Then do some footwork and by that I mean when you see your regular doctor or if you see a rhuemy, give them the names and ask if they have heard of them and what their protocol is.
You can also try calling them yourself, this will sometimes work, however not all facilities or doctors will tell you the type of protocol they use. I know theres a non profit site out there someplace for pain that lists various facilities and comments on them but I would have to find it.
