I dunno i hear a lot more worse cases then this but is this CTS. My wrists Crack a whole lot and after using the mouse I move my wrist around and lots of popping and cracking happens then it goes away after a couple of movements. It doesnt hurt but it does get annoying. Any suggestions?

Could be the start of arthritis. My knees have done that for years. My doc said usually you'll hear or feel a crackling or pop long before you feel the pain.
