The only S lift I know of is a surgical procedure. It's also known as a Midline face lift, a mini face lift or an endoscopic face lift. The difference between the S and a full face lift is that it does not address the forehead or neck area. It's expensive but I've heard the down time is minimal. I'm thinking of getting it done:)
