I have IBS-C and this is very embarrassing to talk about. Every so often i get especially bad gas, and it smells really horrible, and it always smells the same when this happens. I can't associate it with something particular i've eaten. The worst part is that the smell lingers on my clothes and bed. Nothing is coming out of me when i fart, the smell is just still there. Anyone know what could be causing this horrible smell- like overgrowth of bacteria or something?
