I was just wondering if anyone new of a sure enough cure for puffy eyes. Mine have been really bad lately, and its driving me crazy. I'm not sure if it is allergies or what. I take allergy meds everyday, but I cant find anything that works for puffy eyes. I have tried creams, gels, putting the cold spoon on the eye, dermawand, the little gel packs.
Please help me find a cure!!! :D

It's going to sound gross, but I swear it works. Preparation H.
It doesn't last for a long time, it would have to be reapplied.
I'm really very fair skinned with red hair, if I shed one tear, my entire face puffs up. This is the only thing that's worked for me.

Do you use the ointment, or the cream, and if you use the ointment, can it be applied under make-up? (Since it is greasy)

I've found that the cream is better. As for wearing makeup underneath it, well, it can be done, but it's not really the best makeup day ever.
For me, as puffy, as I get I prefer looking like a racoon, then letting myself be THAT puffy.

Just wanted to let you know that I tried the Preperation H Gel. I seems not to be greasey, and it works pretty well. You can wear makeup over it.
Thanks

My puffiness is mainly only on one eye. Sometimes puffy on the eye lid, but always puffy above my cheekbone, but still in the eye area. I hate it. Even the preperation H doesn't seem to help with that. I wish I could find something to take it away, and have normal eyes. I feel soo self consicious about it. Any suggestions are still welcome.

Something else to try... lay down & put a slice of cucumber on each eye for a few minutes
lay down & put damp Black tea bags on each eye for a few minutes
chop some cucumber & put it in 2 small heaps on a damp paper towel, twist at the center (kind of looks like eye patches); lay down & place over eyes for a few minutes
Use only moisturizer developed for the delicate eye area around your eyes. Other moisturizers may tend to plump the skin too much, adding to your problem.
Good luck!

The prep.H works good, as long as it is the Canadian version. The Canadian version has an ingredient called Bio-Dyne, which the Americian version doesn't because it was being sold as a cosmetic cream for the face and not for the, well, you know what it was made for.

Where would you get the Canadian version of it?
