Ditto and add in stopping in the middle of a sentence like my thought train derailed and then starting up again after 20 seconds or so. Other people think I'm done sometimes so I've had to explain to friends and family that my brain just takes breaks sometimes. Also I forget how to do things like write a check or look in the fridge for flour, etc. Good thing I manage not to diaper the wrong end of my baby..lol.

Canot remember a darn thing, start saying something and a breze blowing by can distract me and I forgot what I was talking about. put things in the wrong place. look for things in the wrong place.

Anyone else get the floaty head feeling with this? I feel very floaty and bang off the doorways when I get the fog, always end up with black and blue marks afterwards and cannot remember whatI bumped into. I think I will make little messages and put them them on the areas I bang so when the fog passes and I will know what the bo-bo's are from. Ah, forget that I would forget to put the messages on anyhow.

Are we having fun? Linda

My "fog" is so bad that I can't even thin enough to write something. I'm in general just having trouble all around. I can't rember words, I stop in the middle of sentences, I can't remeber thoughts, I can't type, I run into things, I trip over my own feet, when I talk to someone it is like talking to a wall, like it's not real and vice versus when someone talks to me. I can't do the simplest things like lighting a candle because I can't remember how to use the lighter thing. That safety just is hell. I know there's more but I can;t remember them.

Yes! It's like you can "see" the word you want to say, but it won't come out of your mouth!

 Sheesh..you all sound like me! I can't remember what day it is most of the time. I had to stop driving because between the pain of lifting my arms and the Fog...I was a hazard to myself and others on the road. Now I have a dillema, because of not driving fonr almost 2 years, a hive of Yellow Jackets decided to make their home IN MY CAR! I have to call a professional, as I am extreemly allergic to them...was smart enough to get bee sting kit updated though! Yay for me! :bouncing: No kidding...I actually remembered that!
I have been down for the count for weeks now and today is an hour or 2 up day then back to bed. I have NO energy lwft in my legs and they feellike they will crumble under me and the pain in my long bones has gotten so bad I sit and Cry. I have what I call a Migraine in my Bones. It get so bad I cannot move and if it were not for the morphine I would not be able to even type this. I am getting scared as things do NOT bounce back any more. I just seem to be getting worse without those.."Few Days" that are OK in between.
My MD now says I have to find another MD to write an order for a cut-down to get blood from me. I have gone to every place around here including Hospitals to try and get the blood needed for the work up and NADA. I have more black and blues from them trying to get blood. I cry just to enter the places because I know the agonyI have to go through. My Feet, toes fingers arms legs hands...they try everywhere and NO BLOOD! I keep getting told I need a cut down and cant get my MD to give me a script for one. He will not even examine me anymore...its just as if I only go there to get the drugs. NOT that I am complaining because I would be suicidal if it were not for the relief I get from the Morphine...even if he does not give me enough to get up and around, it eases it enough to go on.
Last he said was he thoght I might have MS. I cannot seem to find the symptoms list for multiple Sclerosis anywhere though...can anyone sneak in a good place to look in here for me?
Anyway. I Miss you all and I Pray all the time that you are all doing OK.

I also bump into doorways when I get up in the morning, and also feel like when people are talking to me I just can't pay attention and am in my own little world. I also forget what i am going to do and have to write everything down. :p

I used to have fibro fog. I take the fatty essential acids and I don't suffer from fibro fog anymore. I take fish oil, a mercury free kind, flaxseed oil, vitamin E and evening of primrose. You can buy the fatty essential acids all in one supplement. Go to the health food store and on the bottle it will say 3-6-9 fatty essentail acids. It will take a while for you to see a difference but I swear you will see and feel better mentally. :bouncing:

:bouncing: What about today when I was sitting in a bus stop and I saw somebody in a wheeling chair getting close to me and asked him if he want to sit?. Then he told me that he is on a wheeling chair so he already sits.
Well I tell you all. THat has never happened to me. I'm all messed up with all the pain. What's wrong with me?
All I do is suffering with pain and concentrating in my horrible pain. God take me away from this world please.
