Hi Tammy,

I have had low blood pressure ever since I've had fibro. And I get dizzy sometimes and such. I try to to stand up or get up from bed very slowly to allow time for my blood to move around. Moving my arms around and getting some circulation going helps me. Also taking cayenne pepper tablets can improve your circulation to compensate for the low blood pressure. Just make sure you take them with a full stomache. They don't burn unless your stomache is empty.

Hope that helps. Niacin will do the same things but the niacin rush is too strong for me to tolerate.

Good Luck Dear - Andy

One More thing...dizziness can also be caused by your inner ear. It's called labrynthitis and is usually not painful or associated with an ear ache, you just get dizzy, sometimes so dizzy you can't stand up. IT is associated with TMJ and tinnitis so if your dizziness gets really bad and you're falling over go to the doc and get checked for it. You take an over the counter medicine for it but it's best to get cehcked by the doctor first. - Andy
