did/does anyone experience pain between the shoulder blades when breathing deeply. well in between the shoulder blades and the spine? :confused: i'm so new to all this..... :(

Yes sometimes I do...also in my ribs on the sides too. It's the constriction of the muscles around your torso. - Andy

Have you been checked out for costochondritis? Try heat and ice and see which gives you more relief. I get this too. Hope you feel better soon. Hoops

Yes I get the saem thing. Also, as Andy I have the pain all around the rib area. It's hurts, it burns and it's annoying.

:wave: I too, have this problem Added to mine at this current time is a 3 week bout of pnemonia. Needless to say, I'm hurting alot and would like to know if you or others also deal with bouts of pnemonia? :confused:

Interesting thought. I just realized that even though I've been relatively cold/flu free for all my life, I've had pneumonia twice in the last four years, the first time within months of starting with the pain.

I have Asthma and as bad as I've been sick, I've only had pneumonia once. I get a shot every two years along with my flu shot. I've been doing that for 5 years and I haven't had pneumonia or the flu.
