Which is preferably better for the skin as well as achieving a flawless look? I am currently using Neutrogena loose powder, but i noticed that i have to reapply every so often to keep a matte look.

I try not to touch up with powder too often during the day. It usually starts to look un-natural. I use clean and clear oil control strips during the day. I think Cornsilk makes them for cheaper, but its the same thing. All you have to do is blot your T-zone with them. I love 'em :) .
