I did. I had my BR in April of 2000 and once I healed, I was able to walk and workout without back, neck and shoulder pain. I found that losing weight was much easier for me than it had been before and I was proud of how I looked and wanted to improve on what my Dr. had done for me. :)

I'm still not where I want to be yet...but, it's slowly coming off and I'm hoping that by Christmas I'll be at goal. At least...that's the goal. ;)

I had just a little over 10lbs of breast tissue removed. I went from cramming and stuffing into a 44DDD (my Dr. says I should have been wearing an I  )...and am now a very happy 38C.

10 lbs of breast tissue, I can imagine how much better you feel.

Like a new woman!! I often say that if I had to go through it all over again, I would do it without anethesia. It was THAT worth it for me. :)

wow, in 2002 I went from a 40DDD/F to a 38D not that much of a difference but atleast now they stand up! I;ve had 3 sisters that also went through the same procedure. I just wished my doctor would have gone alittle smaller. I don't think I lost any weight but I love my girls now.

i had the op went from a 36dd to a 36b after i went from 9 1/2 stone to 8 stone :D i think the reason for this is we feel much better about ourselfs not embarrassed :o to be seen in the swimming baths, or jogging or bouncing around in keep fit class :bouncing: all the things we would not do before we do now and the weight justs falls of :D
