Has anyone ever gotten their WHOLE pubic/bikini area waxed? I know there is a name for it (starts with a "b" I think). I have a tattoo of a monarch down there and like to keep it nice and smooth. (Otherwise it looks like a moth after awhile HAA) I would think it would hurt like heck, but I HATE having the razor burn after shaving. I would rather go through 30 minutes to an hour of pain versus a few days of pain and itching! Any info would be appreciated! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif

I haven't had it waxed down there but I know what you mean about the itching from shaving! Try using a depilatory, I use Nair but not the stuff for your legs, it's a special kind for the bikini area and it comes in a little packet with a little packet of excelent moisturizer attached to it. works really well for me!

I WOULD ALSO USE THE NAIR FOR SURE!!! I WAXED MY LEGS WITH THIS AT HOME ____, IT HURT AND LEFT LITTLE BLEEDING BUMBS ALL OVER. THEN THEY WERE JUST LITTLE SCABBY RED BUMBS AND THEY LASTED LONGER THEN IT TOOK FOR MY HAIR TO GROW BACK!!! I CANN'T IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD FEEL LIKE DOWN UNDER AND I DON'T THINK I WANT TOO. Ouch! I have never done more than just the bikini line. I can't bear to pull the strips off myself so I pay someone else to do it. Even then, I only get it done for vacations. I guess it depends just how important this is to you. I couldn't imagine getting a tattoo there either, LOL!
