Does anyone know exactly what saline solution and other product they use for spider veins when injected? What amounts of each?

I've been using vein away (vitamin K) on my face after cleansing. It is helping to slowly diminish veins. Also, avoid spicey foods and make sure you are taking vitamins esp C (good for circulation) oh and excercise excercise.

Hi,
I was told, I believe by my mother, that spider veins were hereditary. Are they? I have a few from being on my feet a lot. I thought if you have spider veins and wanted them removed that you could have them surgical removed. True or not?
I had a real noticable one on my calf and when I started tanning it like it was not there...even though it was. Just could not see it as well.

Hi! If you hop over to the "Skin,Hair and Nails" board there is a post titled "I don't want my mother's legs." I think this will answer your questions regarding spider vein removal.
