i don't know if it's been covered or not but i was just curious of anyone has ever caught this from someone who was taking Valtex for supressive therapy?

or the other 2 medications for supressive therapy.

i think most people who get this don't know thier partner has this. I know i've been on supressive therapy and haven't passed this on to anyone....

Both myX and myself are taking valtex and to the best of my knowledge she hasn't passed it on to anyone...but for all i know her boyfriend already has it and just won't tell her...

RKM, someone new just posted recently that she got h from condom-protected sex. I read it tonight (I've been catching up on about 3 days' worth of posts) early on.

SHE got it.Hmmmmm SHE, notice that more WOMEN catch than guys ....

cause GUYS aren't as careful.thiers guys out thre who know they have it and aren't careful about who they sleep with or if thier having symptoms, and thier too macho to take something like Valtrex.

I am new and have been following your problem. I too am seeing a women with herpes and have not had sex with her yet. You seem to know a lot about it and was wondering if you and your partner is taking valtrex? Or does the one infectd take it? Have you been tested for herpes? Or haven't you taken the next step yet? You mentioned she performed oral sex on you. Was this before you knew about the herpes? Have you done it on her too? If so, were you worried after?

Sorry about all the questions. I'm finding so much conflicting information. I really care about this woman. But I'm scard too.
