Hi im kira. Im going back to school soon which means i will have to wake up at 5:30 and make it 7hrs, 5 days a week- well this past summer i figured my ibs would get better because i didnt have to wake up early or go somewhere everyday for hours at a time, but i went from okay to good to bad to horrible! Im faced with a pretty challenging obstacle- trying to wake up early when my body doesnt like to wake up early i actually feel fluish, like im going to throw up and even when i do get up i have to deal with the pains all day and try to make it 7hrs at school. So im trying yoga, trying to wake up early so my body can get use to it, but of course i have troubles falling asleep at night and even more trouble waking up. I was wondering if there was a healthy, all-natural, no drug vitamin that will help bost up my energy to get through the day, a vitamin i can go to wild oats and buy or something nothing prescription cause i already am taking donnatal and amitriptyline.
So if anyone knows what has helped them or if anyone has any advice please share. thanks in advance- Kira

kira,

There's a OTC med called Coral Calcium (DISCLAIMER: I do not sell this product, I am a consumer of this vitamin/health pill) It gave me a wonderful feeling of well being....when taken properly. Of course, I'm off it right now and desperately need it back.

Gina
