Hi....I am wondering the same thing actually about the skin. My husband said my stomach would probably be like lose and flabby  Yuck! LOL I don't want that but I would hope sit ups or something could help with that. Congratulations on starting your weight loss though!
About the Stackers I really know nothing about them at all. Hope someone can give you some info.

Ch, at your age, you are not likely to end up with loose skin. People who end up with a lot of loose skin either lost the weight too fast or had more than 100 lbs to lose. I'm 34 and so far I've lost 64 pounds (I went from 226 to 162 this morning). I have no loose skin at all. It has taken me one and a half year to get here and I still have 20 more pounds I'd like to lose (I'm only 5'2). Since the weight has come off slowly and I have exercised, I have not had a problem with loose skin. You are only 16 and your skin is very resilient. You should not have a problem at all. Just take it slowly, eat healthy foods, including veggies and fruits (they will give your body and skin the vitamins and minerals to stay healthy and tight) and dring lots of water (it will keep your skin hydrated and will help with the weight loss). Good luck.

Nikki you have gave me hope that my stomach isn't going to look bad. Slow and Steady this exercise thing goes so hopefully everything will end up proportioned.
