I am going to start taking the following supplements to see if there are any benefits. I will add a new one every month to give my body time to adjust.
Anyone heard of any bad interactions with these?
Policosanol (Lesstrol brand if I can find it)
Granular Lecithin (1tbsp/day)
Omega-3/Omega-6 capsules
Multivtamin with COQ10 (coenzyme Q10)
I've just started taking 80mg Micardis for blood pressure (which I'm trying to get myself off of with exercise), but from what I've read those supplements should be okay.
Any thoughts? What about Garlic supplements?
