i have heard that if u put olive oil on your hair (and i guess leave it in and then wash it out) that your hair color will be lighter. or acouple of shades lighter??? has any1 heard of this and is this true?

Um NO....but it is a great conditioner and massage oil.

I haven't heard anything like that but I heard that if you put fresh lemon in damp hair it lightens in the sun. Anyone know if that works?

I think it does, I vagely remember doing it once when I was a little girl to make highlights, I just put lemon juice where I wanted the highlights then went into the sun.
