Hi Orn... I know what you are feeling. I, too, wish there was a way to make all of this go away, or to at least feel in control of it when I know it is coming on. It has been a very stressful time in my life. I just started a new job after being at home for almost 3 year. I am four weeks away from finalizing a divorce that should have been over with years ago. I have been using spray Bactine daily for about the last 5 weeks. I am also taking Lysine and garlic daily. Another thing is that I am on the DepoProvera shot. I know a lot of people have mixed reactions to the shot, but I don't really have periods while on it, thus avoiding the monthly hormone outbreak.
