Wasn't sure where to put this.I have been having multiple arm pains. The main one now is in my left arm. When Im playing a game or just browsing the net I usually rest my head on my hand or lay it on the desk wich for some reason is doing something to the joint in my elbow. When I press on it in a certain area it shoots a pain up my forarm to my pinky and numbs it.It gets tingly. Also affects lower right off palm.I mean I have taped a towel down on the edge of the desk and now even if I just lay it down or even rest for like a minute it imediately goes numb. That feeling when your hand or foot falls asleep. But its constantly. And my wrists have been feeling tight like out of no where ill be grabbing one wrist and spinning it and poping it.My dad was wandeirng what i was doing because it looks weird but it loosens them back up.

All responses are greatly apprecaited.Thanks

you could be pinching the ulnar nerve at the elbow. When you have the pinky and sometimes the ring finger tingle or go numb that usually mean the ulnar nerve as that nerve feeds those 2 fingers only. so I would stop resting my head on the arm which puts pressure on the elbow. Sounds like you may have already done some damage and it should be checked, ulnar entrapment is not fun....

Regardless of resting my head on my hand i still get it just like a bunch of times all day. Like at the grocery store or just doign whatever it just hits me.But ill check into this ulnar thing. Also what do you guys do with your left hand when your not typing.
