Hello all-
I have gotten chest wrinkles! They are probably described better as creases. I know they are caused by how I sleep. I sleep kind of squished up.
I hate it. Any ideas of how to remedy this? Has anyone else had this problem?
I have tried to change the way a lay, but in my sleep I always end up the same way. Ugh!

Interesting............How old are you? ( about..not exact). If you are older you skin could just be loosing elasticity. Do you expose yourself to the sun a lot in that area? That would cause accelerated aging. Or are they stretch marks. I know when they are new and red the can appear like "creases" sometimes.

I'm 32. Its not really that "interesting." http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wink.gif
I'm sure some of it has to do with sun damage. But, if you squish up your skin every night it will start to wrinkle, no matter where it is (chest, face, hand, etc).
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar and what they did about it.

Hi Minty! Not to get personal here, but are they between your breasts? I have got wrinkles there, but it is because I am a 36D and I lay on my side when I sleep. If I don't put lotion on my chest, then they seem to stand out more than if I do.
And, if your wrinkles are not there, then just forget my post http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/round.gif http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/bang.gif

I just turned 30yo a couple weeks ago and have just noticed this on myself. I really, really hate it. I've only seen it on very few women in my life though and they were much much older... very depressing indeed!
