Hi my name is kira. Im 15 w/severe ibs-d and spastic colon, i recently have started doing colonics to see if it will help my bowel and since school starts this week i asked my colonics person what vitamin to take to get an energy boost to help me get throught the school day and she reccommended vitamins from Pure Essence.
*Has anyone tried these??? If so which ones and what were the results?
