I am a 20 yr. old male and I've noticed sharp pains in my right chest. They are painful for a while with a pain that resembles burning. Sometimes the pain is just with touch. I can feel the pain around to my back and when I breath.
I have also noticed that I have pain in my left chest sometimes...
Any ideas what this could be?
I've been having other problems lately as well, such as fatigue, dizziness, nausea, and headaches.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

It could be a rib infection. The pain may originate in the right front rib and go around to the back because that is where the rib goes. The pain could travel along that rib. You will have to determine whether the pains are at the same level. It won't be exact because the rib dips down a little as it goes around to the back. A lot of people have this and it is common.
Could the dizziness, etc. be because you are so worried?
If you are still concerned, it is best to get it checked out and stop your concern.

Well, the doctor hasn't been able to explain it... I had blood work done Friday so I should get the results around Tuesday.
I have noticed that my left hand has a tingling sensation sometimes like it's numb. I also have noticed that I get somewhat lightheaded when I stand up.

I had these pains, they seemed to disappear after a fortnight, but I still get them now and again.I also felt dizzy aswell. Apparently it was because of the way I slept hunched over on one side. The dizziness and nausea was put down to worrying too much about it and I also felt very nauseus.
Hope this helps.
