Vivarian is full of caffine, you can get extremely tired if you are dehydrated, believe me I know! If you are a big caffine addict you must cut back slowly and start drinking more water. Water must be increase slowly too! Make sure you are getting rid of what you take in daily and if you only drink for example 3 cups a day now, increase by 1/2 per week...till you reach aprox.9 cups a day, all the while decreasing your caffine intake. There is caffine in many products such as chocolate, some over the counter pain meds, some
non-drousey type of meds too. Its very drying. Once you start doing this it will take time for your system to right itself, just know you are on the right track, expecting instant results is sure to lead to a big let down. It took me almost 6mos to get used to drinking so much water. I'd get hunger pains when I wasn't even hungry, I was thirsty! Also if you are doing the lower carb type of meals take some Chromium picolinate too, this will help on energy in addition to cutting out the caffines and increasing the water. Mineral replacement is a good idea when flushing the system out with extra water too. I get mine in a mineral based sea salt, you need iodine, magnesium, calcium, and potassium daily when your system is getting enough water. Hope this helps.

Also if you have high blood pressure or you are african american you can not tolerate the extra salt so watch that. If you have renal failure (or kidney prolems) make sure you are getting rid of the water you take in before increasing. If you have any of these problems consult your physican first!

Vitamin E 400 IU's and CQ10 50MG are both great for energy! Very cheap at Costco!

I too was on ephedra products for a two year run and felt that burnout after. Have you tried energy bars? There is one in particular that I have come across that is called Rampage. It's at Vitamin Shoppe. It's got the same ingredients in it as Red Bull, not so much caffeine that is the stimulant, but it's less abrasive cousins, taurine and l-tyrosine. Gives me a sustained pickup.
