Hello all,

I am trying to make some life changes and really get myself healthy again. It has been a long time since I have been active and my recent lack of energy and fatigue along with other problems has got me motivated to get back on track. The first thing I am looking to do is definitely change my diet and add some helpful vitamins and suppliments to help me along the way. I was hoping that some of you might be able to recommend specific foods, vitamins, or suppliments to help with some of the specific target areas I will list below:

Cardio Vascular health (important) - ?

Eyesight Health - ?

Hair Health - ?

Skin Health (important) - ?

Nail Health (important) - ?

Joint and ligament Health (important) - ?

Muscle growth, repair, and health - ?

Digestive system Health (important) - ?

Memory and brain function Health (important) - ?

Energy (important) - ?

-S
