Your best option since you are young is have your parents take you for a good physical. Some physical ailments do cause profuse swetting which could be your case. Some people on the other hand just sweat all the time naturally. It is best to rule out anything serious. Sometimes people who are overweight tend to sweat more as well, diet maybe could be a cause, do you eat a lot of salt? It's really hard to be for sure, so again, tell your parents or ask that you be seen by your general doctor for a physical. Besides, it's just always to get a good physical once a year even if you feel great!

Best of luck to you
