Not sure. Could be something as simple as you are dehydrated and need to drink more waters to something more serious like an infection, possibly in your nasal passage.
Are you having any other symptoms like a fever, sore throat, runny nose or headache? That could be an infection or allergy.

Are you taking antihistamines or on any medication? Are you a smoker?
It could also be your toothpaste if you changed it recently.
