Trying to get some info to help my wife. She is constipated all of the time (maybe 1 very small BM per week), yet she eats 1-2 servings of fruit a day and 5-6 servings of vegetables a day. She also takes Fiber-Con. She exercises at least 5 times a week. Her doctor just says take more fiber. I am looking for some alternative medicine that she could try first. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

You might consider doing a 7 day colon cleanse. that is what I did and it helped alot!!!.. you should try it. Then after I did that.. I tried Fungal Defense and it is working great.. will clean your system out of any yeast overgrowth that can cause a number of health problems. Tell her to try this and see how it works for her.

I have IBS, so I don't eat fiber at all! It aggravates me in all ways possible  :)lol One thing that has helped me is avoiding all things with fiber, drinking more water, and taking a B-Complex vitamin. If her nerves are alittle messed up this should help. Also a good hot cup of tea or coffee in the morning gets everything going :o
