This is a new thing to me, scaring me to death.......it is so painful i have to walk and sit differently.......has anyone heard of this? It goes away after about three days but lately comes back with full force

I don't know much to tell you, except that from having herpes myself, I know that the lymph node swells during outbreaks.....even if the outbreaks are so minor they are barely visisble.

There are so many diseases/conditions/infections that cause swollen lymph nodes that it would be impossible to even guess the reason for yours. You need to see a doctor.
