I live in an area where there is a GNC, Great Earth Vitamins, and Vitamin World? Which one of these would be most recommended? Or, is there a brand that I can find on the internet that would be a better choice?

I would greatly appreciate a reply from anyone who has had success with any particular brand. I would really like to get back in shape and have some help along the way but I am a true novice to the whole vitamin/supplement industry. Thanks again.
