Hi all..I have Hep C and on treatment which has caused Anemia.They found high levels of iron in my liver,which of course isnt good.My diet should consist of foods that are LOW in iron,but cant seem to find much info..Was wondering if anyone could help me out? :confused: Thankx in advance
