I have a very beautiful sparkly dress, but there's one problem. The sparkles come off VERY easily! If you even skightly touch it you end up with blue glitter on your hands. Is there anything I can do to help keep the glitter and sparkles in place? Is there something I could lightly spray on there to help? Thanks! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif
