I'm 5'10 and 125 so obviously I'm not over weight. I have these strech marks that are really faint on the sides of my hips. Does Cocca butter really work? Is there anything else any one recommends?

coca butter will only help prevent them. i am not sure there is a cure as such but i have heard u can have laser treatment. It makes me wonder whether yr getting all the nutrients your body needs to keep yr skin strong and elastic. Unless youve had a growth spurt recently and thats whats torn the skin. Stretch marks really are a pain, i have quite a few and i hate them but in time they fade and life moves on ;)
Just make sure yr eating enough and getting yr essential fatty acids.

Cocco butter will help with the appearance in that they look better when they are moisturised, but it alone will not make them disappear. I have a post on the women's health board, detailing a regime that has helped with the appearance of my marks, I am really pleased with the results. People have been having success with a regime similar to mine, but involving massage...I will post a copy of it on this forum.
