Dear bontok...I've just read several of your recent posts, and what it sounds to me like is you are very worried about the possibility of spreading this; a little too worried, so that you are stressing yourself out, and maybe the stress is giving you headaches. It doesn't spread that easily, and every bump and pain you get is not herpes.

Since herpes can be activated by stress, you are making it more likely you'll have ob's by worrying so much. Try to get your mind off the herpes. Have a routine of cleanliness (like washing your hands with soap once for 20 seconds after touching an area where you've had an ob), do it automatically, and then try to forget about it. Think about the things you loved to do before you got herpes, or things you always wanted to do; develop your interests and talents; exercise and get into eating right; try to find joy in life. The more you are becoming the person you want to be, the less you will be worrying about this virus.

Peace! and good luck!
