Ok, I finally went out and purchased Xenadrine EFX, $25.00 is a lot of money to throw away if they don't work, I could have bought me a new fat outfit insted.(on sale maybe, LOL) But I thought I would give one more stupid pill a try. I am going to start taking them in the morning and exersize too. Wow, I'm feeling rambunktious.

I really just want to know if anyone has ever tried Xenadrine EFX before. If so how did they work for you? I am going to give them a month, if I haven't lost at least 10 pounds, their is absolutly NO diet pill on the face of the earth that does what it claims to do for you. Theirfore yours truely will remain FAT! Well.....happy dieting all, and good luck.

With any diet pill, to lose weight you still have to eat right and exercise.

good luck !!

The diet and exercise is a given. I am simply looking for something to boost my energy level so I feel I can stick with exercise, and something to curb my appitite. I have the biggest appitite. That is the whole reason I am fat. I can't control how much I eat. I eat healthy and everything, but I seem to eat to much. I just keep looking for that miracle pill to do those things for me....and I'm hoping I found it. :)

I tried Xenadrine EFX before I got pregnant with my second daughter. I took it for about 6 to 8 months or so (give or take) and lost 25 lbs. It was my miracle pill. I felt great, it took away the majority of my appetite but I was still able to eat. I just ate less. I was always in a good mood. It didn't cause any side effects whatsoever. I didn't even feel like I was on anything. Meaning that I didn't feel weird in any way. For me it was great.

I tried taking it again after I had my daughter, which was in April, so I started taking it again in May, and it did absolutely nothing for me this time. No weight loss, no energy, no appetite suppressant. I think it's just going to take my body more time to get back to normal though.

I wish you luck with it and let us know how it works.

I Took Xenadrine Also - It Gave Me Tons Of Energy To Go For Walks And I Dont Ever Remeber My House Being Cleaner Than When I Was On It.. So Yes It Works But The Down Fall To Weight Loss Is It All Goes With Calories In -calories Out... Is The Way Youu Loose Weight... Pills Or No Pills. The Xenadrine Helps With A Kick In The Butt - However If You Stop Taking It And Start Eating More And Dont Excersise To Compensate Your Going To Regain Your Weight.. Learned That The Hard Way.. :) Good Luck.. The Best Weight Loss Secert -- Buddy Up With A Live Buddy,, Walk And Lift Weights And Watch What You Put In Your Mouth.. :)

I just keep looking for that miracle pill to do those things for me....and I'm hoping I found it. :) You can hate me all you want but there are no miracle pills. If there were there wouldn't be people trying to get lean.

You're hungry because you're not eating enough and this is why you get out of control later in the day. Honestly, proper nutrition and exercise are all you need - well, that and the belief that YOU can do this. You can, you know. If I can, anyone can!

Well I have it in my mind that I want to lose weight, I want it so bad I can't stand it, but my body is saying no freaking way. It thinks it has to be fed almost constantly. I have been trying to eat well, insted of just not eating, and when I eat, the hungrier I am. I feel a lot less hungry, eating less, I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sence to me either. But it is true. I do much better losing weight that way too. I think. I am so confused right now, more than ever. I want this more than anything. I know you all understand what I mean. Don't you???  :bouncing:

Hope that Xenadrine EFX will work for you. This is my 3rd day taking it and the side effects are bad. I guess this is just not for me. I shall just exercise w/o taking any more pills.

Best of luck and I hope that you didn't suffer from any intolerable side effects at all. Cheers!

What type of side effects did you have? I was just full of extra energy the first couple of days, and then not really anything else. I think I got ripped off, what's new. Yeah, I think just plain ole diet and exercise is the best way to go. You just have to make your mind up that's what you want to do....and do it. I am talking to myself more than anyone here. :)
Best of luck to you too Isenzy!

Well, the first two days was just frequent visits to the washroom. I seemed to urine alot. Brief episodes of upset tummies and nausea were present too. However, on the 3rd day, my chest felt uncomfortable. My heart beats were rapid and my chest felt so constricted. Numbness were present too in my hands and legs.

I did feel more energetic though because of the caffeine probably. But the morning sweat sure feels GOOD! Sigh... the bottle costs alot (to me). But well, health is more important than wealth.

Hence I really hope that after forking out the money and that feelings of anticipation of visible results, the pills will work for you. :) Of course, good luck for your exercises and eating diets. But the sweat after working out does feel good, doesn't it?

Cheers~

Isenzy, I'm sorry to hear that the pills didn't work for you, after all, yes they cost a lot. But your right...health before wealth, that's why we are on a diet. I hate the word diet, just makes me feel like I need to eat. I am afraid I am going to do without, and seeing how I love food. I don't want that. But I want to be skinny even worse!! So here I go once again. Yeah it is pretty nice to sweat, I don't know about feeling good, but I guess it means that I have made some kind of effort to shrink my body, and thats what keeps me going, thinking about every time I sweat my body is shrinking, kind of like a wet, dry clean only sweater in the dryer. Pretty goofy huh. LOL Well good luck to you to, keep up the will power, and keep me posted on how you are coming along.

Good luck to you! For me, it only made me reaaaaalllly tired. Like a sugar high for a short time, and then the crash that follows as it wears off. I actually gained a few pounds on it (at which point I promptly flushed it down the toilet!). Everyone is different though, it might help you!

To be quite honest with you, so far, it hasn't done anything but give me energy for an hour or two. But I agree, after that I do get pretty tired. Anyone wanting to lose weight, just exercise, and watch every single bite you put in your mouth. With that, you can't fail, and it cost nothing but a little of your time.

But if their is anything you are doing besides that...I would love to hear about it!! Thanks

I have had some of the problems mentioned above, the regular pills (I took the Vitamin Shoppe brand not Xenadrine - but I know that they are similar) made me feel like i was going to throw up when I first took them, then I would crash a few hours later and would dread taking more since they would make me sick. So I rarely took them and needless to say they didn't work

My boyfriend recently turned me on to the 8 hour hydroxycut (I think it is Hydroxycut, but it might even be Xenadrine, I am not sure) and I LOVE it!! I feel pumped up, no nausious feeling, and it lasts all day, I do feel more tired at the end of the day but it helps keep me on a more regular sleep schedule (I tend to stay up till all hours of the night and then I cant get up for the gym in the AM). I just take one in the AM before the gym, after eating a small breakfast. I get hungry when it't time to be hungry but i dont have the desire for any of the snacks i used to eat durring the day.

Hope this helps, good luck.

I took hydroxycut once before, before they took out the ephedra. It worked really good for me. But...it isn't made like it was when I took it, so I was afraid to try it without the ephedra in it, because I was afraid it wouldn't work. But this new stuff, just don't cut it at all(the Xenadrine EFX). A sure waist of my hard earned cash! Just goes to show how you are willing to go to great lengths to have that great body! :)

Has anyone ever asked the doctor for an appitite suppresant? I want to, but I am afraid I will be turned down, I think it will make me feel he sees me as being weak, and can't do it on my own.

phentermine works for an appitiete suppresant.. it isnt much forenergy but it wasnt made for that.. it is made to help with the hunger while you control the excerise....

I took the old Xenadrine with the ephedra - that's stuff WAS the wonder diet drug - too bad it was potentially fatal as well! I tried the Xenadrine sans ephedra, and it didn't do anything but give me sour stomach, headaches and make me lose sleep. Same with Hydroxycut....

Has anyone tried Relacore or Cortidrene?

Well ladies, I was on diet and exercise at the begining of the year and supplemented with X EFX for energy and it worked. I lost 20 lbs by the summer. I could've lost more but I had to relocate from the Caribbean to the states and with the whole move I lost my routine. I've recently started back on it so I can loose the remaining 20lbs I have left to go and so far it's working still. I do take one pill in the am and pm (1/2 of the recomended dosage) because once I did 2 and felt it. I say this to y'all that have had problems...

Don't drink soda, tea or coffee with it. The pill has enough caffeine as it is.
EAT while taking it, just don't OVEReat. If you don't eat, you will get an upset stomach or nausea or a headache.
Oh and taking it a month after baby it's a big NO-NO! Your body needs at least 6 months getting back to normal...

Hope this works!

I took Xenadrine NRG and it worked for me. I only wanted to lose 6 lbs though. It did have side effects though. It makes my heart palpate at times and I can hear my heart beating in my ears. Also makes me nauseated at times too. Grrr. Can't have everything I guess.

Well I tried Xenadrine also about a year ago it did absolutley nothing for me. I was very dissapointed.... I also tried Zantrex 3 They did nothing to help me lose weight. BUt did give me incredible energy but was very nervous and jittery. I have just purchased Cortidrene after lots and lots of research of all the relacore and the cortislim and I found that cortidrene seemed to be the best as far as what people were saying there results were. So I am waiting for that to come in. It should be here tomorrow. I will keep you all posted on how my progress goes.

Have you tried NaturaLean? I saw an ad for it but I want to see if anyone has used it. It seems to be all natural, which is good, because I'm concerned about the jittery side effects I've heard about diet supplements.

I was previously a huge fan of xenadrine with ephedrine, so when they took it off the market i trusted the brand and tried xenadrine EFX. I tried it the first time about 6 months ago and tried it again about a month ago and have found it to be totally worthless. It's main ingredient is caffeine - big surprise - and green tea - which you can get alone at a much lower cost. Don't waste the money, if you want the jittery hyperness that you miss from ephedrine, try Zantrex 3, but BEWARE the side effects! The stuff is strong, the strongest over-the-counter i've had to date, it'll eat your fat but a lot of people have bad reactions!!
