Kim and Flyfishingdaddy,

Thinking about both of you. If I am right this is day 20 for Kim. I have not heard from you in a while. You both will feel so much better when you get that Ultram out for good. Just thought I would add you both to my prayers today because I know and feel the pain. Flyfishingdaddy, I am praying that today on day 10 I don't have a Fibro flair. All this stress and no sleep is playing havoc on my body.

I'm doing pretty good i have gotten down to, 3/4s of a pill a day 1/4 in the morning and 1/2 at night, MY Problem now is not sleeping,also,Geeees I ge tired around my normal time 11pm...go to bed and lie there wide awake.i start tossing and turning, so i get up and go to the back bedroom, so i wont keep my wife awake and i hate that.....also having a lot of trouble with nasal congestion,bad seem like when i take the pill the congestion go's away..but all in i feel good my head is alot clearer,not in a fog so to speak....


Keep busy..when you can and don't think about it, I know it's hard to do but that will help keep the firbo down...take a hot bath..put on some soft music and relax,I figure i have about one more week and i can beat this demon pill...never again :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

Flyfishingdaddy, everytime I quit using or even when I was put on Sub I had lots of congestion and a runny nose for at least a month so I went to the Dr and he gave me Flonase (nasal spray) and I kid you not within 24-48 hours it was completely gone. I hope you continue to do the right thing and hang in there, things will get better.

Fisherman- How is the tooth today?

Well Sammi i'm in luck my wife has about four bottles of that stuff,so i will try it and see.I know it works very well for her and here Allergies.....I'm sooooooooo..close to getting off this darn drug...i hope the worst is over it has been a not very good two weeks..but at this time i do feel better than i have in a long time there is still a discomfort,from 1 to 10 maybe a 3 or low 4..but just a few day's ago it was a full blown 8 to low 9..the only problem i'm having at this time is the sleeping,naseal,and shoulders hurting...and as i said that at this time is not bad....I want to thank everyone at this time for your input..and help..it do's help and make things clear as to what your going thru....
