Hey I was wondering if anyone here has the type of irritable bowel that causes both diarreha and constipation? I do, I also have Fibromyalgia which is probably making my IBS nuts. Do you just treat your symptoms on a day to day basis? what helps? :D

Yes i have both and nothing really helps.The only thing that i do is not to eat for hrs before i go out anywhere,Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.Sorry for not offering any hope.Have you tried zelnorm?Take care.

no I have not tried zelnorm...I take a lot of meds as is...does it work? :D

I get them both, the constipation and D...usually the constipation before the D..
