Hello:

*'m about about 5'7" and * we*gh about 145 lbs and * run track. *'m not really overwe*ght but * have a l*ttle b*t of baby fat * have been try*ng to get r*d of. S*nce *** beg*n*ng of *** summer *'ve been runn*ng about 6.5 m*les everyday and *'ve been eatt*ng much less than * d*d before. * know for sure that * am burn*ng A LOT more calor*es than * am tak*ng but, but for *** whole summer * havn't lost any we*ght. * was just wonder*ng *f any of you m*ght know why th*s *s.

Also, lately *ve been we*gh*ng myself at d*ffernt t*mes of *** day. My we*ght can varry from 139 to 146 all *n one day depend*ng on when * we*ght myself. That seems k*nd of wer*d but do any of you know *f thats normal?
