6 months and not much residual effect. I pray to God, these symptoms never come back again.
Yes, it is possible for a full recovery without the need for surgery nor wearing the brace much.
What did it for me?
I took off 4 months from work once it got to me (the pains and lack of sleep). Yeah, I lost that job. But, it got me back my hands.
TIME and REST combined with VITAMINS (B-12, B-6) were what did it for me.
I suggest the ones who have it in the early stages to try what I did for 3 months and see what happens. Don't go under the knife too soon.
But, I must add that I did not even see a doctor. I only assume my condition was CTS because it had all the same symptoms.

thats crazy. I couldnt think about sitting home for 4 months. I had it since I was 18 and held my job finally had the surgery when I was about 30 and kicked myself in the butt for not having it done sooner. felt great. the surgery is very common now. low risk
